After growing up in Australia, Gen Fogerty discovered Santa Cruz on vacation, and he fell in love with the area so deeply that he never left! Thanks to prior experience working with individuals with special needs, he has strong communication skills and profound compassion. In 2006, Gen entered the real estate industry as a property manager and landlord in Philadelphia, eventually earning his agent’s license.

Gen is a devoted family man with a beautiful wife and two children. An athlete by nature, he fills his spare time with tennis, basketball, and cycling. When the kids are finally asleep, Gen loves unwinding with a great book.
